Hi,

While you can participate in conference calls with Skype for iPad, unfortunately you can not start a conference call on Skype for iPad.

I am currently. Trying to get into a conference call on my iPad as my pc died the other day. There is a post farther down the page that says that mobile devices do not work. For conference or group calls which is it? If I can get invited in to a conference call how/where do i change settings to allow my. iPad to receive invitations.

If you are invited to join an already in progress conference call, you can join it with your iPad, but only with audio.  Group call video is not availble to mobiles yet.
