Call forwarding does not happen when activated from iPad, iPhone, or Skype.com

Hi All,

 

I have credit, and I have an online skype number.  When I set call forwarding to my mobile (UK) it never forwards.  If I log into skype, then I receive the skype call.  If I log out of skype it goes to voicemail when making test calls from a landline.

 

I have read lots of other support posts.  I have the correct format number, I have credit, and everything else seems to be working okay.  However, calls will not forward?

 

I would appreciate any help with this - Thank you...
