Can't seem to get it to work anyway. changed camera sources, restart all apps, nothing works.

Last update seemed to have broken it.

I don't know if updating Ogg Vorbis codec will help, but renaming vorbis.acm file should do.

DroidCam might have been working with the older Silk_V3 codec, but I guess, is not compatible with the new NGC codec.

Please, run the DirectX diagnostics tool.

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post

Seems to crash when getting to DirectShow checks.

Uninstall DroidCam virtual video capture device. You need a physical webcam in order to be able to record Video Message.

DxDiag is crashing on vorbis.acm, which is the DirectShow codec package from Ogg Vorbis.

Look for any application on your computer that might have installed this Codec package. You may try to search for presence of the vorbis.acm file.

In previous similar cases, the Ogg Vorbis issue could have been resolved by just renaming the vorbis.com file to something different.

After removing/renaming this vorbis.com file, re-run DxDiag with the "dontskip" option enabled.
