No video call option

hi .. i cant make a video call !! if i call one of my friends i can see him in camera but he cant see me !! my camerA dosent work.. and the option of video call is not available for me .. i cant choose it .. its color green-white .. what i can do ?

i've still got video test 0ption,but when i click on a contact that has skype account /I do not see video call option?

Does the contact show as being online in your Contact List?  The icon next to their contact name should look like this:

Hi , Proplem, My Image on the Video Cam is upside down,the Video options are greyed out so cannot do the changes, tried to re install Skype and still the same, any sugestions on how to fix. Thanks

You're problem doesn't have anything to do with the subject of this thread.  I suggest you start a new thread of your own.  Include details such as what version of Skype you're running; what version of Windows; and what type webcam.
