Can you see yourself if you open Tools -> Options -> Video settings?

When you are on a video call, you may see a very small picture-in-picture window (thumbnail size). This is the picture of yourself. Click on it and it will be enlarged.

What is the name/model of your webcam?

 

Can you see the webcam listed in Windows Device Manager -> Imaging devices?

Yes, USB webcam is listed here. But cant see myself during video call and Tools -> Options -> Video settings
