I have somehow got a new Skype/teams where my user is my email "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" it is a totally different than the one I used when traveling. The old account "henrik_bramming still has Saldo kr 280,64 and is totally unaccesable for me now - have you just stolen these money or can I have them transferred to my new Skype/teams account?

For several days now, I have been missing calls because Skype shut down. Skype promised to keep our phone numbers for the rest of the subscription. But now they have just stopped, and I cannot access them. Documentaiton and help from Microsoft has been piss poor, at best. I have four numbers in three different countries. How do I go about regaining access to these numbers?

I had a Skype account and thought I would still be able to use it after it shut down, but I now realize that the last payment was charged in March and there have been no purchases or paid subscriptions since then. Is it possible that they automatically suspended or cancelled my subscription on their own?

when skype was being shut down i did the data thing they told me to do with the files or whatever and i switched to teams and it worked well and all of my stuff was there so then i left for a month and i come back to teams to see what's happened and all of my group chats and contacts and basically everything i did on skype is'nt there anymore so i really need help to get it back again

Hi there,I’m locked out of a personal Microsoft account that was originally used for Skype. I enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) a while ago, but I no longer have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app that was set up with this account. I also do not have the 25-character recovery code that’s required to bypass 2FA. I am using skype on the web portal which is still available for users like me who have a subscription active on skype, I have been trying to call phone numbers since this morning but whenever the call get's connected it gets disconnected immediately without any error, I have tried using a different device/browser or updating my browser or clearing cache, none of these are working. I really request your support in this issue as this is affecting my work.

I'm trying to reactivate my Skype credit. Microsoft tells me to sign in and click on "Reactivate Credit," but I can't find those words anywhere. Elsewhere in this forum, I see I'm supposed to find it in my account settings, but I can't find those, either. They're not under my name on this screen, and when I click "Settings" under the Skype menu, nothing happens.
