Vaucher codes doesn't work

Every time I try to redeem a vaucher code (I got one with Lenovo PC and one from skype collaboration today) I get the following message:

"Sorry, you have reached your monthly voucher redemption limit. Please try again later."

But I never was able to do that successfully 

 

Please advise

Please contact Skype customer service to enquire; we here in the Community do not have access to the systems needed to validate vouchers.  Thank you for understanding!

Hooray lucky today with Skype support . They changed something in your account , and I was able to use the voucher .
For those who are interested , here are guides :
1. Open www.skype.com / go / contactcs
2 . Logged in under your account on Skype .
3 . Select the first list of Payments, Second Voucher & Gift cards, click Next
4 . Select Text chat support.
5 . Then tell us about your problem (do not use the vouchers , and got one off such and such a mistake «Sorry, you have reached your monthly voucher redemption limit. Please try again later.»). Say that familiar with the exact same error applied to support and problem solved. To repeat the solution , let posmotryat service reference number 1228277243

At hand should have a basic e-mail , skype and tied to the voucher number .
