Blocked account - How to resolve?

Hi i'm having a problem with my skype credit. I had approx £9 on it. About a week ago i got a msg saying it was autorecharged and that this was then refunded despite the fact that I have not set up auto recharge.

 

I tried using my account this morning and a) i have no credit and b) it says my account is blocked for calls. I've tried looking for a customer service number to call to rectify this but I can't find any. Does anybody know anything that could help me?

If your account is blocked then please go here:

https://support.skype.com/en/support_request

 

Choose Account and Password > Blocked Account

...and follow given instructions.

contacting the customer support is perhaps the only way for a user to know why their account was blocked, and what their possible options are.  surely they can explain why you're account was blocked.

Skype is great untuil your account is blocked with NO notification or even message sent.. how is that even helpful! I have spent 20 mins trying to find out how to even send Skype technicians the relevant information! Where the hell do I sent the information to to get it unblocked.. and how do I find out why it was blocked? Pls can you help me - thanks.

I have  ablocked account. You haven't solved my problem after submitting your support request!!! I can call some people on my Skype contact, but others, like my HUSBAND is blocked. What is going on??? May I speak to someone who can resolve this problem?
