I feel so frustrated that I just have to post a complaint. I TOOO FEEL TOTALLY DUPED INTO THE PREMIUM SERVICE, ONLY IT TOOK ME TWO PAYMENTS BEFORE I REALIZED I WAS BEING CHARGED. I disabled the recurring payment option, and I still got charged another payment. It's so frustrating that you aren't able to send a simple email to seek assistance. And on top of it the auto emails all end with "talk soon" Wow -- this is the most frustrating on-line experience I have ever had. I WILL NEVER!!!! USE SKYPE AGAIN

Sorry to hear about your experience. If you didn't use any of the Premium features during the subscription duration you can request a refund. Also please drop an email to Skype customer service to have this resolved.

i have received a message that you have taken money from my account so my subscription will continue yesterday then why can i not ring people in the country i brought the supscription for my account should be reset as soon as you take my money why is this not happening ???????????????

hi i have a windows 7 computer i downloaded skype made a new account and everytime i use skype it freezes straight away?

anyone have a solution coz its so frustrating and it always freezes i'm sick of this problem.

I am really bothered by....
Every time I try and log in it comes up with error. It isn't my username or password.
Where I was logged in before, automatically it just logs me off then I can't log in for about 1 hour

I bought 300 min/month call for $4.79 and right after few hours an additional $16 was taken out from my paypal account. What they call it is "Auto Recharge on low balance" which I have never seen when bought the plan. This is absolutely fustrating. Better to look for Viber Out or Rebtel; no skype again.

I agree completely with your complaint.  Skype doesn't offer a simple way of opting out.  I think it is because they are afraid, rightly so, that if they did, so many people would opt out and go to OOVOO or something else.

 

In reality, SKYPE stands for scamming.  Anyone who signs up, can only complain. 

 

My thought is if all of us start complaining in the Skype community, they may just let us leave to get rid of the complaints.

 

ARE YOU LISTENENING SKYPE? 

 

You keep charging me AFTER I jump through all your hoops.  What a bunch of crooks.
