Subscription no available in my region

I live in Melbourne Australia. I for years have had an Unlimited USA and Canada subscription. Last month it expired. On the home page of my account on I see a notice of expiration and a button to reactivate. When I click the button I get a big red message that "The subscription is not available in your region."


What has changed? I used to have this subscription and the system seems to know I've had the subscription since it offers to let me reactivate it, but now it's not available to me.


Please help.

In Australia you now have the choice of either Unlimited USA OR Unlimited Canada.


I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac
