Hi sinchai,

We are happy to hear that you want to purchase a subscription again. To be able to purchase subscription, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
2. Type the country you wish to call under 'Which country do you want to call?' and press Enter.
3. Click 'Continue' next to the subscription you wish to buy.
4. Proceed with the purchase process.
5. Once the order is successful, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.

You can also use your credit balance to pay for your subscription order. I noticed though that your current balance is not sufficient to cover the price of your old subscription. Kindly ensure that you add enough balance in your account in case you wish to use your credit balance to pay for your subscription.

To find out more about subscription payments, you can refer to this link: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1781/

Hope this helps!

Hello Sirzan1 and cemarron,

I you want to change the number of months until when your subscription will be active in your account (let's say from 3 months to 12 months), you need to cancel the subscription, let it expire and repurchase the same subscription.

To cancel Skype Number subscription, please follow the steps on this link:

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12164

To cancel calling subscription, please go to this link and follow these steps:
https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881

To cancel Skype Premium subscription (may include free calling subscription):
https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription?frompage=search&q=cancel+cal...

If you cancel your subscription, it will run to the end of your contract. For example, if you have a 3 month subscription, your subscription will run until the end of the 3 month period.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

As mentioned previously:

If you cancel your subscription, it will run to the end of your contract. For example, if you have a 3 month subscription, your subscription will run until the end of the 3 month period.

Once your Skype Number is cancelled, it will still be active in your account until its expiration date. After its expiration date, the number will be reserved in your account for 90 days. On that number of days, you should reactivate/repurchase it for 12 months.

Please also note that calling subscription (for calling out) and Skype Number subscription (incoming calls) are different. If you are going to cancel your Skype Number, you calling subscription will not be affected.

I hope this clarifies your questions.
