11.1 You may terminate your relationship with Skype at any time and without recourse to the courts by requesting closure of your User Account, ceasing to use the Software, Products and/or Skype Websites and cancelling any recurring payments.
No way to cancel account? A red flag goes up when I encounter such a policy. I'm making every attempt, covered every exercise to create a new montly subscritption. Yet, every possible avenue for assistance has lead me on a goose chance; wasting my time and resources. PLEASE PLEAS HELP. I want my payment accpeted (not refused 7 times today), I don't want to have to read anothe r"support" post that offers no support, and I'd like to speak withya real human via real customer support communication method.
I've been getting changed for "skype" premium for OVER A YEAR and I can't even remember the last time I logged into this thing! That is over 100 USD gone to waste!! How can I cancel this? Golly why is this so complicated to cancel?! Give me my money back!!!
