Hi. I recently subscribed to Mexico unlimited. To start I paid a month 6.99, so I have decided to pay 3 months in advance and save some money, but today I was charged again for the monthly fee without asking me.

Is there any way to pay the difference for the three months?

If I cancel my subscription, do I loose the remaining of the monthly subscription?

You purchased Unlimited Mexico in June and since by default all subscriptions are recurring payments it was extended automatically this month.

Recurring payments can be cancelled any time from account page:

If you cancel now your recurring payment you can still use your subscription until it expires in August and it won't extend.
