windows 8 can't open skype

My computer is Windows8 64Bit. I download skype from windows store but after skype has installed. When i open it ,It just a blue screen then go back to start meun. Can anybody help me to solve it? I have finded some solution of this such as download this "Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8" program but my computer don't want me to install it

Please answer all of the following questions in your very next reply:

Do you have any security software installed on the computer?
Did a Free-trial antivirus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it?
Do you have any other p2p (µTorrent, BiTtorrent, Team Viewer) software installed on the computer?

Do you have Hamachi LogMeIn installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

I buy this computer last sunday.

I have not installed any security program.

Also I don't have any p2p program.

Hi,
I have same problem, and also I run troubleshooter, but no help.
Ihave installed last version of skype on Windows 8.1, and I an not able to even run skype for desktop.

Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool.

 

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.

 

Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

You need to install/reinstall .NET framework 3.5 using Windows Control Panel -> Add Windows Features.
