Using automated call services

Hi,

 

I am using Skype 1.2.0.129 on a Windows 8 machine.

 

When trying to use automated call services where you have to choose menu options and enter ID numbers on the keypad, the numbers entered are not recognised by the system. Also, I sometimes get multiple numbers come up on the keypad window for each single click.

 

Any help appreciated - thanks
