As soon as the person called picks up, the call is ended. Likewise if someone calls me, the call drops as soon as I press "answer".

Please answer all of the following questions in your very next reply:

Do you have any security software installed on the computer?
Did a Free-trial antivirus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it?
Do you have any other p2p (µTorrent, BiTtorrent, Team Viewer) software installed on the computer?
Which version of Skype do you use?
Do you have Hamachi LogMeIn installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

Regards,
Tamim

I have the same issue. Skyupe for Desktop on same computer works perfectly

1. Yes, Mcafee is preinstalled

2. No, not currently. I do use TeamViewer on other box with skype/desktop/windows 7, no issues.

3. Whatever the app store installed. I tried uninstall/reinstall twice.

4. No.

5. Mcafee

6. Mcafee

Tried turning off Mcafee firewall. No real difference.

Please keep disabling McAfee.

Download and Run Process Explorer
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

Save the process lists to a text file, compress the text file to a zip format and attached the file in here.

Tamim

solved by uninstalling mcaffee entirely. Turning off firewall, spyware, virus individually made no diff.

Thank you for your feedback.

Disabling McAfee is not sufficient. Also, it is not yet compatible with modern apps (ALL).

Tamim
