Hello,
I'm running on very old PowerBook G4 800MHz and OSX 10.4.11. I'm trying to use skype but it is always show me info that I have to update it to the latest version which is not supported by my OS and I can't use it any more.
It is any chance to get my Skype running again?

Hi Foyan,
I am already using the skype 2-8-0-866 version. And even then my video doesnt work. As soon as make the skype call, the video and share screen sign gets disabled. Please help!

As a result of recent changes to the way our video works, it is not possible to make video calls from Skype for Mac version 2.8 to:
- Skype for Mac 6.2 and above,
- Skype for Windows 6.2 and above,
- Skype for iOS 4.8 and above,
- Skype for Android,
- Skype for Windows Phone.
If you want to make video calls and cannot install the latest version of Skype on your Mac, your contact can install previous version of Skype, e.g. Skype for Mac 6.1.
