LINUX - How to save or backup chat history ???

I am using Fedora 14 and Skype (Beta) Version 2.1.0.81

Want to do a fresh install of Fedora 16.  How do I save my chat history and reinstall it in my new OS ?

I just upgraded my Skype software to the next (BETA) haha... Version 2.2.0.35 Not sure why the repository did not offer an upgrade via yum?

I found these in ~/.Skype too bad they are binary. Would like to combine files from my laptop and desktop before I upgrade. call*.dbb - files that keep the call history chatmsg*.dbb and chat*.dbb - files that keep the chat history profile*.dbb - files that keep user profile details user*.dbb - files that keep users profiles details transfer*.dbb – files that keep transfer information
