uninstalling the skype toolbar

Novel Tourist

I was having problems with my computer so I attempted to uninstall SKYPE and reload it later. I was able to unload the main program but not the toolbar. The computer wouldn't remove it. How do I uninstall the toolbar?

When I try to uninstall the Skype Toolbars app, I get the following message:

"Please close all open Chrome windows before continuing."

However, I don't have any Chrome windows open.  I don't regularly use Chrome.

How do I bypass this and/or how do I manually uninstall the Skype Toolbars app

Oh and where is the feedback option after you uninstall and get directed to the "sorry to see you go...we're here to help" webpage!

Here is a Mr. FixIT

Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically

Click the Run Now Button.

Then try uninstalling the Click to Call Plugin.

If still the error persists;

Uninstall Chrome First > Then Uninstall Click to Call Plugin > After that Install Chrome again.

Problem solved:
When this comes, you have to open the task manager and close the process of google chrome.exe, then it works and google chrome works afterwards like before
