Skype for Outlook.com not working

Hello,

I've got a problem with Outlook.com Skype instant messaging. I have Skype linked to my MS Account and I can see my Skype contacts in my contact list (People site). I can also see the Skype icon in the top right of the site.

However I can't chat with anyone since the Skype icon is missing from the bottom of the messaging panel.

I've installed the Skype Web Plugin - didn't help.

I've also tried other browsers (IE, Chrome, FF) and different computer - also the same result. I've also tried re-linking the Skype and MS Account - didn't help.

I'm wondering if this can't be caused by Live Custom Domains since I have my MS Account hosted on my custom domain.

 

I was referred to this community from MS Community forums.

 

How can I fix it?

Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

It seems like it was a temporary problem. Everything works just fine now.

I am begging for just the opposite! I would like to have Outlook and Skype disconnected but no help so far from MS.
