No incoming audio iPad 2

Skype has always worked fine on my iPad 2 until last week. My audio is on and volume all the way up. I can connect to contacts, they hear me just fine, but I do not get incoming rings or any audio.

I have the same problem on my iPhone 3Gs. Yesterday, in the middle of a call, the sound went. I couldn't hear anything but the person at the other end could hear me perfectly. In the end, I went to the computer and used the Skype phone on that. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Skype, but no joy. They can hear me, but I hear nothing. I get incoming rings, though when I shift to my work account on the computer and ring my home Skype account on the iPhone, it rings once then cuts out. Any ideas anyone please?
