iphone touch - no skype sound???

Can anyone advise?  Calling my 8 year old daughter form the US to UK and since last week - she cannot hear me on her itouch?

I use ipad and hear her just fine...

Have gone through all toggles and switches on itouch - ringer sound up, ringer flip button - etc.   Videos and tunes play through her speakers - only Skype does not.

I had the same problem, try doing a reboot with the iphone attched to itunes. this fixed it for me
