iPad video calling for free

I installed Skype. for IPad. I want to use video calling for free. However, I do not have the option. It states I need to purchase credit. I want to use it for free. What do I need to do?

Skype-to-Skype video calls are indeed free, but calls to phone numbers are not free.  You need to add other Skype users to your contact list and then start a video call through the contact list.
