iPad video- I can't see myself but my friend can

I have been using skype for about 3 days it worked fine on my iPhone and my iPad until last night- I can not see my self in the lower corner box. My friend can see me fine and I can see them but I see a black box with nothing. I don't lnow if there is a setting i changed or what but it is happening on both my iPad and iPhone I can not see myslef... anybody know how to fix this?

Developed the exact same problem. Unable to see myself in the lower small screen. Any solutions?

same problem here since today, i can see the other person fine, he can see me ass well but i cannot see myself live, only a 'screen shot' of myself but no live video, until yesterday it was working fine

I had the same problem happen to me yesterday. Can make an audio call and on the video call my friend can see me, but I can no longer see them. There was some sort of repair call came in but the recording was so bad I did not get the website to go to. If anyone knows please post?

tried deleting the app from my ipad and reinstalled it, then did test call to a friend, it worked fine again, hope that sorted problem, will wait and see....
