How do I download Skype to my iPhone 4?? When I try to download app from app store it says I need a 4.3 or higher. My phone is only a year old.

Just talked to T moble they told me they will come out Oct. 1st  with a way to download Skyp to my 3gs.  Also at the apple shop they told me that if I had a  ATT sim it would be able to download??

  Anyone out there know any more?

Skype is not working on my iPhone 4s. I would like a refund-but of course Skype makes that impossible unless you pay extra to live chat. Does anyone know how to cancel? Ridiculous!
