SkypeOut wont work with phonebook numbers started by 011

Hi I have an Iphone 4 with the skype 3.7 and when I try to use skypeout with phones started by the prefix 011 in brasil, the full number is not loaded.

ie: country +55 - click contact jOHN (011)  7546-xxxx - returns +7546-xxxx instead of +55117546-xxxx

when I choose like - mary (013) 7854-xxxx - returns +55137854-xxxx

This hapens only with the prefix 011. Others regions´ prefixes works fine.

I have the exact same problem, but in the UK.

Most of the numbers I wish to call are in Leeds - 0113

When selecting these numbers from my iPhone contacts it removes 011

I believe that this is because 011 is the prefix for making international calls (like + or 00) for some carriers

Is there any way around this?
