Hi,
I am wondering if my skype to go numbers will be recognized by my phone company as mobile numbers or as landlines as I have unlimited mobile to mobile calling and calling to landlines is much moe limited.

This depends more on your cellphone operator than anything else. Check with them. Most likely it is going to be seen as a landline number.
