Skype 3.6 for iPhone and iPad

I have just downloaded the Skype APP though there seems to be a bug.  When the application is running in the background i do not get Call ringing, I do get notification of IM though not calls.  All notifications etc are set in the settings to on and i have rebooted the phone with no success.

If the App is open then all works fine (not running in the background) please advise or provide an update to cure this issue many have already posted about

Just wonna say that also I cant hear anyone on my iphone 4s but can hear them on speakerphone.

Is there any way to get a refound of my money becouse i spend allmost 5€ becouse of this error.

Hey Microsoft! Do something about all these complaints and issues or people will start using Google Talk.

Or you might be killing off Skype to launch Windows Live voice services on Windows Phone...

Besides Sype missing the incoming calls (i already posted on this issue on this board), now i can't even make a call myself. I've got 3G internet connection, and when i launch Skype it doesn't go online untill i try to call a contact and then asks if i am willing to go online. When i confirm that yes i'd rather go online to call the contact - nothing happens. Then I push the plus sign in the right upper corner and select Call and this is when Skype plain crashes!

Microsoft, don't you think it is high time you started dealing with all these issues? Or your intent is to kill Skype?

Whenever my skype call gets cut off (due to the person im chatting with losing the internet briefly), Skype will close off completely and log me out. When I log back in, it takes up to 1 minute to log back in. Frustrating when this happens more than once in a call

I think I found how to set the push to work in the background. The problem is there are 2 places to set up Notifications. First:

Go to "Settings" and scroll down to the "Skype" settings. Make sure "Sign In Automatically" is ON and "Go Offline" is set to Never. Then below the "Notifications" should be set with "Sound" and Alerts" ON.

Then go to "Settings>Notifications>Skype". Make sure "Notification Center" is ON,  "Alert Style" is set to Alerts and "Badge App Icon", "Sounds" and "View in Lock Screen" are ON.

That should do. If you can't find the Notification>Skype try turning the Skype Setting OFF then ON. That should make it appear.
