PC to Iphone Skype not working internationally?

Before my and my friend we were both in US, we both tried calling each other using wi-fi on skype using Iphone together and everything was working. But when he moved to Asia for vacation, whenever he tries to call me I get no receiving call but he says, his iphone is ringing. When I try to call him, mine is ringing and his iphone not ringing, what's going on?

There's no difference when calling Skype-to-Skype internationally. In fact there's not such term when it comes to Skype to Skype calls So it's probably as simple as a network problem either on your or your partner's end. Might be that the network provider is blocking Skype traffic. Any details on which network provider your contact is using?

He's using Globe for his 3G. I see him go online but when calling it just won't work. Sometimes I get his call, but when I answer I can't hear his voice but he can hear mine, after 30secs it just drop out.

The quality of a 3G Internet connection can vary tremendously.   If your friend has access to a decent wifi connection, you might have better luck on a call.
