No menu bar on my Ipad

I have downloaded Skype on both my computer and Ipad, menu bar on computer but not on my apple Ipad 2?

What function(s) are you trying to do on the iPad?  There's no menu bar per se, but if you tap the icon in the upper left hand corner you get the menu of what is available.

I had an ipad1, and just bought an iPad2 last week. On the 1 Skype worked perfectly. But no video. One of reasons I bought 2 was to use Skype with video. Now I can't use Skype. At all on the 2. There is no way to get off the start page once I am signed in, except to go to prepackaged Skype pages about how to sign up etc. there is no way to enter a contact or make a call. I see others are in the same boat. Please fix.

It sounds like you're signed in to your Skype account through Safari, which won't work.

You have to download, install, then run the Skype app from the app store.
