I just purchased a subscription to the UK and when I try and dial the number (a landline) on my iPad Touch, using a Wi-Fi connexion, it keeps ending the call without connecting. Why is this? I’m assuming it works and Skype isn’t scamming people. I just have the subscription and no credit; is that a factor? I understood the subscription versus credit was an either-or option, not a double-up. Can anyone help me in the next sixty seconds? Or do I have to wait till tomorrow to call? There’s no way to contact Skype directly but they were ever ready to take my three-month subscription. Mad as all get out.
