IPOD calling with US Number from UK

I have the unlimited calling with a US phone number.  If I am traveling, as an example to the UK, can I still call back to the US as part of my unlimited plan?  I've installed Skype on an Ipod and the phone screen looks different than my IPAD or Droid.  On the Droid as an example, next the the 1+, there is a US Flag and I can scroll down to other countries.  So I believe if I were in the UK, I could scroll down to the the US and select that to make the call.  Thank you in advance for your response.

Yes with the unlimited us plan, calls from anywhere to the us are included.

also since you have a us skype number, it should be a local call for people back home to call you from their phones.
