How to make/join a conference/group call in iPhone ?

I use skype on windows everyday . And I want to continue my conference/group calling while I was on the street, bed or somewhere that I can't use my PC. But it seems I can't do it on my iPhone. Is that 4S can't make conference calling? But I have updated the app for iOS5. I only can chat with them but cannot hear their sound(because I can't find a button that's "Call group" or "Join call")
Can I do it with my iPhone ?

Me too. Expect current call to show up and i have option to join. Then id hang up on mac client and continue on iphone
