Can't hear callers on the mobile app

I have the iPhone 4S, and I use the Skype app on it. Everything works fine, except one thing: When I use it to call another Skype user, I can't hear them on the earpiece now. If I turn on speakerphone I can hear them, though. This wasn't happening at first - what is wrong?

I have the exact same problem. I have an iPhone 4 with the skype app, I cannot hear the caller through earpiece, but I can hear them when I change to speaker.. Anyone found a fix for this yet?
