Can't copy/paste text in new version Skype 3.5.117 for Iphone

I can't believe that the new version of Skype 3.5.117 for iPhone cannot allow Copy and Paste functions!!!   What a major setback!  Copy and Paste is such a basic and useful function so how can your new version disable Copy Paste???  pls fix asap !  Help?    How can I uninstall the new version  and  install the old version of Skype on iPhone??  pls reply email to   :  sox888@gmail.com

YES. FIX SOON.  Even Apple acknowledged their blunder in iOS with no c&p.

I rely heavily on copy and paste for phone numbers and translations.  Now I have to carry pen and paper, so I can write down information, then write it back into Google Translate to get what I want.

While you're at it, the previous version didn't allow pasting of phone numbers into the skype calling screen.  I want to copy a number from a skype conversation but can't copy it back into skype to make a phone call?!  Seriously?!?  So I have to create an iPhone contact, paste into the iPhone contact, then go back to skype to start a call, select the bogus contact.  OH, and if it's a one off call I have to remember to delete the bogus contact!!

But you give us a prettier screen and emoticons?  I'd choose c&p over emoticons any day!

Thank god i can imessage.  Without C/P  i can't use my translator.  Skype is useless to me now.  Replaced with imessage and facetime

Can I also get a copy of the old version of Skype for iPhone . I cannot download the IO6 or IOS 5 versions on my iPhone
