Calling UK from OZ

I ring my mum every morning. But it won't let me today? I have a subscription and used my phone last night to ring my Nan just wondering why it won't let me today? I have tried logging out and back in. Please help. X

Looks like the number you tried to call was busy, this was the reason you couldn't get connected.
