get rid of the taskbar notification

When i recieve a msg in skype the taskbar will blink and show the 1 in a yellow circle. Anway I can stop that from happening. Dont want to see that.

Tools >> Options >> IMs and SMS >> IM Settings >> Show Advanced Options >> untick Open a new window when I receive a new message in Compact View.  Save.  You can also disable notifications for new messages in the Notifications section.
