This command will open the run menu.

Got the same error - messages of slow connection and after few minutes, i got disconnected.

 

The renaming helped to get about 6 minutes of good connection, but then i got disconnected again.

Not true. Mine started having trouble and it's a mac.

Mines an iMac and this is recent for me as well -last month or so.

Uninstalled and reinstalled Skype.

Biggest trigger is using the video or screen sharing.
