NO options about WHERE to install!

I get NO install options. How do I indicate what location I want skype to install?

On my old computer, I picked the locations for skype to install. The current installation does not ask me WHERE I want skype to be located. Is this something which you plan to fix?

The right answer to this, by the way, was to reset the computer after having uninstalled it from the program menu in Control Panel. (just in case anyone else was looking for the right answer).

The options button is now a very, very tiny link under the Language button.
