My skype crashes and I don't know what to do :s

When I start my skype it crashes right away and gives me the following notice (I hope the Dutch doesn't give a problem):

What have I done so far:  - re-installed it

                                     - deleted flashplayer and installed it

idears: it has something to do with the Flash.ocx but I couldn't find it.

Yes. The problem is with Flash. You have a very old version, which is not compatible with Skype. Open C:\Windows\System32\ if your system is 32-bit or C:\Windows\SysWoW64\ if it is 64-bit. Find the folder Macromed\Flash\. Delete the old Flash.ocx. Install the latest version of Flash Player. Just the presence of the old Flash.ocx results in the problem.

I cant find the Flash.ocx. or the folder Macromed\Flash\ .

I also uninstalled and reinstalled flashplayer, but nothing changes!

I pressume that you have Windows 7 64-bit. What do you see when you open C:\Windows\SysWoW64\ directory?

You are right,it was in the folder SysWOW64
