Winxp IE8 Microsoft Security Essentials
I turned off pop up blocking, put www.skype.com and download.scype.com into the add to place on pop up blocker, I turned off scanning on MSE. I turned off the firewall. It acts like it is downloading but then there is an error that what ever it downloaded is not a valid win32 application, or something like that.
One more thing. It appears that Capital letters are the same thing as Latin letters.
