i cant get my webcam to work on skype. how do i fix this?!

I have almost same problem, I have an acer laptop running windows 7 64 bit, with built in cam

The cam is working fine on other messenger like yahoo but skype does not detect the cam, I connected an USB Cam , also skype did not detect .

Any one can help ?
