would love some help here... as the topic states... i cant see contacts i have as online even when they are... can anyone help me solve this problem please?
There are times that it takes a few up to a couple of minutes for the contact list to update, to show who's really online and who's not. You can also try to switch your status to offline for a couple of seconds, then revert in back to online as this process seems to speed up the updating process.
