video not comin through on the other side

hi,

the last few times of using skype - the video has not been working on one side of the conversation.

the webcam works as i can see the video on my bottom corner but the other side cannot.

for the firstcouple of times it was the other way around. they could see me and i had no video coming through.

but now its mostly i can see them and they cant see my video

please advise -

i have downloaded the latest version and my camera works in other apps.

I had the same issue today, on 1v1 call. Neither me nor my contact received video, even though we've been using the feature for over a year. Skype is up to date and webcam working properly. I've managed to temporarily solve it by rebooting Skype. Worth noting that the problem appeared at the same time as those ads about how Skype became better. Furthermore, ever since, I can't freely move my video output around, as its position is fixed under the ad, even when the ad is "closed" (in quotation marks because it's never closing.)
