Is there a program that will show a full screen monitor shot  while in a chat with a SKYPE contact?  ( multiple monitors)

just new to SKYPE  how do I initiate sceen sharing?  A friend said I should be able to substitute my video cam screen shot with that of a monitor display...end result instead of chatting and doing a web cam...I could chat and the other side could view one of my moniters.

  Need to know how to facilitate that
