unlimited calls to cells in the UK plans?

Hi

I am new to Skype and want to be able to talk to my boyfriend in Scotland. 

I am looking at unlimited plans but I don't see a plan that includes unlimited calls from cell to cell (USA to UK).

Is there such a plan?  Or is it only for landlines?

I would prefer a monthly unlimited plan if there is such a thing.

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, Skype does not have an unlimited plan for mobiles in the U.K.  See this link for rates that are available:

The far cheapest way for you to talk, though, would be Skype-to-Skype if both of you have smartphones for which a Skype app is available.  In that case, if you both had free wifi, you could talk indefinitely at no cost at all.
