stability of video controls

The toolbar in the black band at the bottom of the video window used to come and go at will. Now it is fixed. Where is the control for that change ?

It will disappear if you are not moving the mouse cursor for about 2-3 seconds. I am using 5.7 here: www.skype.com/go/download-beta
