skype video - only see top half??

Hi, i'm evaluating skype for business,

Currently when I check my video settings within skyp all I can see is the top half of my video camera output.   (ie.. just the top part of my face).  The bottom half is pure black.

I have tried re-installing skype and my video drivers with no success.

When using google chat or webex connect everything works fine as well as with the Lenovo video software.   I am stumped for ideas?

I have a Lenovo W520 running Windows7 64bit.  All drivers up to date.

What you're seeing is likely a conflict between Skype and your W520's nVidia display adapater.
