Glad to hear that Skype is not Blocked yet by the Iraq Government Like UAE, Oman and some other middle-east countries.

I hope some of this info helps, Thank you again.
As mentioned previously, the error message is exactly the same as shown in this thread:
http://community.skype.com/t5/Windows/Skype-crashe
For this user, the issue was completely resolved by uninstalling Visual Studio C++ 2010.
Looking once more in the error message, the Fault Offset value indicates that the error is triggered in vswprintf_s function. Do you have any application, which interacts with Skype and can cause a print action?
Also, you have previously mentioned that you have seen several other error messages in Event Viewer. What are they saying?

I hope solutions are not running dry, because that did not work either, I am really starting to question how messed up Skype is on my PC. Please, any assistance would be greatfully appreciated, thank you very much once again.

The other messages are basically repeats of that message for every attempt I have tried to sign into Skype. So looking at that path is pretty much repeating what has already been said, I am not checking the thread you sent. Thank you very much again for the support. This whole issue is ridiculous, I love technology but of all the people amongst my friends, I have the most trouble unfortunately, but I digress. Thank you very much again.

Honestly, I am about to give up, I almost had, ALMOST, then it crashed, AGAIN. I really don't who made the skype update exactly, but if Microsoft laid their hands on it, I will never trust them ever again, because they are producing garbage updates to programs and such over and over, and it only seems on occasion that they get something right.
But to answer what was posted, I did uninstall Visual C++ 2010, then the contacts was up for a few seconds then immediate crash without any slow down. And just to make sure, I checked the Events log and my programs, C++ 2010 was NO WHERE to be found, plus here is the events log:
Faulting application name: Skype.exe, version: 5.7.0.123, time stamp: 0x4eba90b3

It seems like the same thing, I am fed up with Skype, I can't beleive they cannot make this program run right in Windows 7 64 bit yet from how I am aware of it, it runs fine in XP and Vista, VISTA, the OS people shun, its insane. Anywho, I digress, thank you very much for the assistance.
