sending videos

hi, im trying to send a video file to a contact, it just states 'waiting'. the contact has not received this and it has been 24hrs and it still says waiting. does the other person have to be logged on at the same time I send it?? this is confusing.

Yes. Both You and Your contacts must be Online at the same time.
